- Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS) since 2003, licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) to perform the required Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) plan review and inspection. RAS#376
- Certified since 2004 by the International Code Council (ICC) as an Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner.
- Certified Aging in Place designation in 2006.
- Registered Interior Designer since 2009.
